How to Place an Order?

1. Placing an Order:

First, add the desired products to your shopping cart.

You can choose to check out via our website.

If you wish to proceed with checking out on our website, click the "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

2. You will be directed to our Customer Information page. The system will prompt you to enter the following:

  • Email address
  • Full name
  • Shipping address

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to calculate and apply the discount to your order.

Click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button to proceed. Please ensure the shipping address you entered is correct (especially if it differs from your billing address). After completing all steps, click "Continue to Payment Method".

You will need to enter your payment details. If applicable, you can select the option to indicate that your shipping and billing details are the same.

Once you have filled out the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will then be directed to a screen displaying your order summary and an on-screen order confirmation. A second confirmation will also be sent to you via email.

What Should I Do If Items Are Missing or Incorrect When I Receive My Order?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at xuannuli0418@163.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and provide supporting documentation (CloudCitadel Teage files should be less than 5MB). We will be happy to resend the correct items at no additional cost, and we will not require you to return the incorrectly shipped items—you may keep them as a gift from us!

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Successfully Submitted?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

I Want to Change the Items I Ordered. What Should I Do?

How to Add Items to My Shopping Cart?

To add an item to your shopping cart:

Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for that item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be directed to the "Shopping Cart" page.

Use the "Quantity:" field next to the CloudCitadel Teage item to enter the number of units you wish to order. After entering the quantity, you can either continue shopping or proceed to complete your order.

How to View the Items in My Shopping Cart?

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website page. After clicking this icon, you can easily change the quantity of any item in your cart by updating the listed quantity. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Delete" link at the bottom of the quantity list.

How to Remove an Item from My Shopping Cart?

First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the top-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item you want to remove, click the "Delete" link at the bottom of the quantity list. The item will be automatically removed, and the page will refresh to reflect your changes.

How to Change the Quantity of a Specific Item in My Shopping Cart?

First, click the "Shopping Cart" icon in the top-right corner of your computer screen. This will let you view all items currently in your cart and the quantity you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired number. After doing this, the quantity and the associated dollar amount (if applicable) will update automatically, and the correct quantity and cost will be reflected on the right side of the screen.

How to Use a Discount Code?

To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

  1. Select the items you want to order and click the green "Checkout" button.
  2. You will then be directed to our Customer Information page on the next screen—fill in the required information accordingly.
  3. You will see a "Discount" field in the top-right corner of the page.
  4. Enter your discount code and click "Apply". Verify that the discount has been applied and is valid by checking the discount reflected in the itemized list below.

When Will I Receive My Shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing the order. Shipments will arrive within 10-20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and your location. We apologize for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or carrier service issues.

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and other regions. However, if our logistics do not support shipping to your country, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order.
